これもおもしろいです。今まで硬膜外やフェンタネストを使った麻酔をしてきたのでこういった現象を明確に認識することは無かったです。どのような機序でおこるのかな？

結構都合の良い結果のような気もしますが、やっぱり術前の説明は大切だということでしょうか。
